“In 2000, I created Music' N Motion intending to provide an outlet for children of all ages to be silly, laugh, challenge themselves, and let their creative minds and bodies soar. Since then, I have taken the time to carefully craft every dance routine and lesson plan, handwrite every note to parents, and continue my personal growth to keep MNM ahead of the fitness/wellness curve. At MNM, it's not about who can kick the highest or get the steps perfectly every time. It's about believing in yourself and finding joy in movement and life!"

MNM Dance
MNM's dance classes combine Pop, Jazz, Ballet, and Broadway into one fun-filled class, perfect for girls and boys. The children learn rhythm, pantomime, counting, terminology, and more. In addition, they get a great workout while using their imaginations, building self-confidence, and developing a love for dance.

Hooping for Health
This new addition to the MNM repertoire has been well received by children, parents and teachers alike. The graceful yet daring, high-flying movement has become a worldwide phenomenon and MNM has streamlined the sport into dynamic, easy to learn curriculum. This class is perhaps most rewarding as the students love the sense of accomplishment they feel after mastering each move.
